Ingredients:
2–3 lbs ribeye steaks
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
5–6 pepperoncini peppers (whole or sliced)
¼ cup juice from the pepperoncini jar (optional, for extra flavor)
—
Instructions:
1. Prepare the slow cooker: Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
2. Layer the steaks: Place the ribeye steaks in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Add seasonings: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the steaks.
4. Add butter & peppers: Place the stick of butter on top of the steaks. Add the pepperoncini peppers around (and a splash of the juice if you want extra tang).
5. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or until the steaks are tender and juicy.
6. Serve: Once cooked, serve the steaks hot with the gravy from the slow cooker. They go great with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
