Ingredients:
8–10 chicken drumsticks (skin-on or skinless)
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for extra flavor)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Prep the chicken:
Pat the drumsticks dry with a paper towel.
Season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Add to the slow cooker:
Lightly oil the bottom of the slow cooker (optional).
Place the drumsticks in a single layer inside the slow cooker.
Pour barbecue sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is coated.
3. Cook:
Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
4. Optional – for crispier skin:
Preheat your oven broiler.
Transfer the cooked drumsticks to a baking sheet lined with foil.
Brush with additional BBQ sauce and broil for 3–5 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy.
