Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk (optional, for creaminess)

1 tablespoon butter

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

2 slices of bread (toasted)

Preparation:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk (if using), a pinch of salt, and whisk well until combined.

2. Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat and melt the butter.

3. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, cooking slowly.

4. Keep stirring until the eggs are soft, creamy, and slightly set (do not overcook).

5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

6. Serve the scrambled eggs on top of the toasted bread.

7. Sprinkle with black pepper (and extra salt if desired).
