Ingredients:
3 very ripe bananas
½ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Melt the butter and mix it into the mashed bananas.
4. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
5. Add the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
6. (Optional) Add 1½ cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking soda for a fluffy texture.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
8. Bake for about 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
