Quick & Healthy Pineapple Frozen Trea

Ingredients:

– 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (0 points)
– ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (0 points)
– ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt (0 points)
– 1 tbsp honey or preferred low-cal sweetener (optional – 1 point)
– ½ tsp vanilla extract (0 points)

Directions:

Toss pineapple, almond milk, yogurt, and vanilla into a blender or food processor.

Blend until it’s creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides if needed.

Taste test – want it sweeter? Add honey or sweetener and blend again.
