1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the beef/steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef (or sliced steak) and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Sauté vegetables: Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened (about 5–6 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Prepare the creamy mixture: In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, heavy cream, and eggs until smooth.
5. Assemble casserole: Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over it.
6. Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone (or cheddar) evenly on top.
7. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Serve: Let it cool slightly, then serve hot.
