Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz) refried beans

1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix

1 cup sour cream

1 cup guacamole

1 cup salsa (or chopped tomatoes)

1 ½ cups shredded lettuce

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend cheese)

½ cup sliced black olives

½ cup chopped tomatoes

2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

 

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare the base: In a medium bowl, mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning. Spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of a large serving dish or baking dish.

2. Add the layers:

Spread the sour cream on top of the bean mixture.

Add a layer of guacamole.

Then spread a layer of salsa (or use chopped fresh tomatoes).

Sprinkle shredded lettuce evenly over the salsa.

Top with shredded cheese.

Add black olives, chopped tomatoes, and green onions.

 

3. Chill: Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.

4. Serve: Serve with tortilla chips, nachos, or fresh veggies.
