2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip

1 cup granola or honey oats (for topping)

½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice (to prevent apple browning)

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fruit:

Wash the strawberries and apples thoroughly.

Slice the strawberries and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces.

(Optional: Toss the apples in a little lemon juice to keep them from browning.)

 

2. Assemble the Base:

In a serving tray or bowl, spread an even layer of whipped cream or Cool Whip.

 

3. Add the Fruit:

Evenly distribute the strawberries and apples over the whipped cream layer.

 

4. Drizzle with Caramel:

Pour the caramel sauce generously over the fruits.

 

5. Add the Crunch:

Sprinkle granola or honey oats on top for a crunchy texture.

 

6. Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving, or serve immediately if desired.

You can also add bananas, blueberries, or nuts for extra flavor!
