Ingredients:

2 bananas, sliced

1 cup green grapes

1 cup red grapes

1 cup canned mandarin oranges (drained)

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

1 cup diced mango or peaches

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning of bananas)

A few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the fruit:
Wash the grapes and other fresh fruits. Peel and slice the bananas.

2. Mix ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine all the fruits — bananas, grapes, mandarin oranges, pineapple, and mango or peaches.

3. Add lemon juice (optional):
Drizzle a little lemon juice to keep the bananas from browning and to enhance the flavor.

4. Toss gently:
Carefully mix the fruits with a spoon to avoid squashing them.

5. Serve:
Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
