Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick wedges.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the potato wedges and toss until fully coated.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
