Ingredients
For the Chicken:
500 g (1 lb) chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp ketchup (optional for color & flavor)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Pasta:
250 g (9 oz) spaghetti (or any pasta of choice)
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil water in a large pot with salt.
Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ketchup, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Add the chicken pieces and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (optional but recommended).
Heat olive oil (or butter) in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the chicken until golden brown and caramelized (about 6–8 minutes). Remove from heat.
3. Make the Creamy Pasta Sauce:
In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta and toss well in the sauce.
4. Serve:
Place the creamy pasta on a plate.
Add the honey garlic chicken on the side.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
