Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for extra flavor)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (or about 30 butter crackers), crushed
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, celery, onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
4. In a separate bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter and mix until well coated.
5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
