Ingredients:
For the batter:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
For the cinnamon swirl:
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the glaze (optional):
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
2. Mix the batter: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg, milk, and oil. Stir until just combined.
3. Prepare the cinnamon swirl: In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
4. Assemble: Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Add the remaining batter, then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Optional glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle over the cooled bread.
