Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast (cut into cubes)
2 cups cooked bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup sliced carrots (cooked or steamed)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (about 10 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

👩🍳 Preparation Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter and sauté the onions until soft. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute.
4. Add the cooked chicken, carrots, and peas. Stir well.
5. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with milk until smooth. Pour this over the chicken mixture.
6. Add the cooked pasta and mix everything gently to combine.
7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
8. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving (optional).
