Ingredients
2 cups crushed graham crackers or pieces of sponge cake
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)
1 can cherry pie filling (or cherry topping)

Preparation Method
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers (or cake pieces) with melted butter and mix well. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a large baking dish.
2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
3. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
4. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the crust layer.
5. Pour the cherry pie filling over the cream layer and spread it evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) before serving so it sets well.
7. Slice and serve chilled.
