Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

2 eggs

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Vegetable oil for frying

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, shredded cheese, eggs, flour, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

 

2. Heat the Pan:

Heat about 2–3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

 

3. Fry the Fritters:

Scoop spoonfuls of the chicken mixture and drop them into the hot pan.

Flatten slightly with a spoon or spatula.
