Cheesy Beef Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice

300 g beef (cut into small cubes)

1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

1 small onion (chopped, optional)

1 clove garlic (minced, optional)

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Preparation:

1. Cook the rice: Prepare the rice until soft and fluffy, then set aside.

2. Cook the beef: In a pan, heat olive oil or butter. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned. If desired, add chopped onion and garlic for extra flavor. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

3. Assemble the dish: Place the cooked rice in a baking dish. Add the cooked beef pieces on top.

4. Add cheese: Sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella over the beef and rice.

5. Bake: Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.

6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot.
