🍮 Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
5 eggs
200 grams of sugar
100 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Zest of 1 lemon or orange (optional, for flavor)
A pinch of salt

🔥 Preparation:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
3. Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth and lump-free.
4. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously to combine well.
5. Add the vanilla extract and lemon/orange zest if using.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe baking dish.
7. Bake in the oven for about 45–55 minutes, or until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
