For Vanilla Ice Cream:
2 cups heavy cream (cold)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Strawberry Ice Cream:
2 cups heavy cream (cold)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp strawberry essence or flavoring
A few drops of pink or red food coloring (optional)

🍨 Instructions:
1. Whip the Cream:
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3–5 minutes).
2. Prepare Vanilla Mixture:
In one bowl, gently fold 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into half of the whipped cream.
Mix carefully to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
3. Prepare Strawberry Mixture:
In another bowl, fold 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk into the remaining whipped cream.
Add strawberry essence and food coloring. Mix gently.
4. Freeze the Mixtures:
Pour each flavor into separate airtight containers.
Smooth the tops with a spatula.
Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
5. Serve:
Scoop and enjoy your homemade creamy vanilla and strawberry ice cream!
