—
π½ Instructions:
1. Bloom the gelatin:
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with 1/4 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
2. Prepare the milk base:
In a saucepan over medium heat, add milk, cream (or condensed milk), and sugar.
Stir gently until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot (do not boil).
3. Add the gelatin:
Once the milk is hot, remove it from heat and add the bloomed gelatin.
Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and smooth.
4. Cool slightly:
Let the mixture cool to room temperature (important so the fruits donβt get cooked or move around).
5. Assemble the dessert:
In a rectangular mold (like a loaf pan), arrange the sliced fruits evenly.
Gently pour the milk mixture over the fruits to cover them completely.
6. Chill:
Refrigerate the mold for at least 4β6 hours, or until fully set.
7. Serve:
Once firm, gently remove from the mold, slice, and serve chilled.
