Ingredients:

500g beef steak, thinly sliced

1 large onion, sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil

1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Optional: chili flakes or paprika for spice

 

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, mix the beef slices with soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 15–30 minutes for better flavor.

2. Cook the Onions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become soft and slightly golden.

3. Cook the Beef:
Push the onions to the side of the pan and add the marinated beef. Cook for 4–6 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally.

4. Combine & Serve:
Mix the onions with the beef and cook together for an extra minute. Serve hot with rice, bread, or salad.
