๐Ÿž Ingredients:

3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour

1/4 cup (50 g) sugar

2 1/4 tsp (7 g) instant yeast

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup (120 ml) warm milk

1/4 cup (60 ml) warm heavy cream or full-fat milk

1 large egg

4 tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter, softened

 

๐Ÿ”ช Instructions:

1. Mix the dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

2. Add wet ingredients:
Add warm milk, warm cream, and the egg. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough:
Knead for 8โ€“10 minutes until smooth. Add the softened butter and knead again until fully incorporated and the dough becomes elastic.

4. First rise:
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1โ€“1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.

5. Shape the dough:
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll each piece into a smooth ball or oval shape, then place them side by side in a greased loaf pan.

6. Second rise:
Cover and let rise again for 40โ€“60 minutes, or until the dough reaches the top of the pan.

7. Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF). Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

8. Cool:
Remove from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
