👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Prepare the meat mixture:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and milk (if using). Mix until well combined.
3. Shape the meatloaf:
On a sheet of parchment paper or foil, flatten the meat mixture into a rectangle.
4. Add the cheese filling:
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly in the center of the meat rectangle.
5. Roll it up:
Carefully roll the meat over the cheese into a loaf shape, sealing the edges well to keep the cheese from leaking out.
6. Bake:
Transfer the meatloaf to a baking dish. Optionally, top it with extra cheese on top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes or until fully cooked through and golden brown on top.
7. Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
