Ingredients:

1 cup cucumber, sliced

1 cup carrot, diced

1 cup potato, diced and boiled

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste (optional)

 

👩‍🍳 Preparation Method:

1. Boil the diced potatoes (and carrots if preferred softer) until tender, then let them cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, diced carrot, and boiled potato.

3. Add mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.

4. Mix everything gently until the vegetables are well coated.

5. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving for best taste.
