Ingredients:

For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup granulated sugar

6 tablespoons melted butter

For the filling:

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest (optional for extra flavor)

For the topping:

1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)

¼ cup lemon curd (optional, for extra lemon flavor on top)

Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Make the crust:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.

Add melted butter and mix until combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.

Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.

2. Prepare the filling:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until creamy.

Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest until well combined.

Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.

3. Chill the pie:

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is firm.

4. Add toppings:

Before serving, spread or pipe whipped cream on top.

Add a spoonful of lemon curd and a lemon slice if desired.

5. Serve cold and enjoy!
