Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or mixed cheese)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
2 tbsp corn flour or all-purpose flour (for binding)
1 egg (for coating)
Bread crumbs (for coating)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the mixture:
In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes.
Add shredded cheese, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, garlic powder, and flour.
Mix everything well until a smooth dough forms.
2. Shape the sticks:
Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into sticks or logs.
Make sure they are firm and evenly sized.
3. Coat the sticks:
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Dip each stick in the egg, then roll in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
4. Cook:
Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the sticks on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the sticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–20 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Air Fryer (optional): Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 10–15 minutes.
5. Serve:
Serve hot with ketchup, garlic sauce, or your favorite dip!
