Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:
– In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
– Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
– Gradually add cold water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
– Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. Prepare the Filling:
– In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, grated cheese, diced vegetables, chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Roll Out the Dough:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
– Cut the dough into rectangles, large enough to hold a spoonful of filling.

4. Fill the Rolls:
– Place a spoonful of the filling on each rectangle of dough.
– Roll the dough tightly around the filling and seal the edges.

5. Bake:
– Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
