Ingredients:
2 cups grated cheese (Mozzarella or a mix of cheeses)
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Butter or oil for greasing
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the yogurt and mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in half of the grated cheese.
Line a skillet or baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly, then cut and serve warm.
